Order brief
The details for your order
We have your order. This is what we need to design your pieces and send you a first proof to look at. About ten minutes.

Delivering to Tessa Marchetti, Bronte NSW.
Occasion, step 1 of 8
The occasion
A mail-out date, travel, or an event before the day itself. Leave blank if you have no particular deadline.
Not every typeface carries every character. Better to find that now than at proof.
Accents and all.
They can comment. Only your proof contact can approve.
Personalisation, step 2 of 8
Names and date
Your names and date are engraved along the bamboo guard stick.
We set exactly what you type, capitals and accents included.
A short line set above your names. Our sample reads Drinks on us.
Full name and suburb, so we draw the right building.
Send as many as you like and we will work from the best angle. A clear view of the whole building, in daylight, is the most useful. If you would rather we drew something else, a chapel, a boat, the house you grew up in, send that instead.

For example A S or AS.
Nothing needed
You are all set

Your reply card
What should the reply card ask for?Tick what you need printed on it.
For example: Beef, Fish, Vegetarian.
The other details
Anything else that needs to appear? (optional)Dress code, accommodation, parking, a note about gifts, your website. You have not ordered a details card, so anything here has to fit on the invitation itself.
Versions
One per line. For example: Full invitation, 60. Reception only, 30, no ceremony time or venue.
Language
Write it exactly as it should print, accents and all. Tell us whether it sits alongside the English or on the back.
Details card, step 4 of 8
The details card
Each one opens a box below.
Guest names, step 5 of 8
Guest names
One list of names, set on every piece that carries one.
One name per row, spelled and punctuated the way it should print.

Set it so anyone with the link can view.
If two guests share a first name, we cannot tell them apart on a place card.
A letter or a small mark so your floor staff can serve without asking. Give us your own labels. We do not want the dietary reason behind them.
One per line, for example: B, beef. F, fish. V, vegetarian. Put the label against each guest in your list.
Some couples use the table column for sorting only.
Envelopes
White ink on the flap. Four lines fit.
Your envelopes are charcoal, so this prints in white. We set the ink from the press record and confirm it with your proof.
Table numbers, step 6 of 8
Table numbers
So guests on the far side of a round table can read it too.
Your save the date
Worth it if guests are travelling from overseas.

One line per stop, with times if you have them.
Written how you would like it to read, for example: $80 per person, payable to Grace.

Leave blank and we open with the occasion instead.
The time we print, not your run sheet start.
A dress code, a note about gifts, a theme.
